Parking

Commercial Parking is available at 8555 Tonnelle Avenue, North Bergen, NJ 07047.

The assigned Parking Monthly Fee is $225.00 and we require 2 months Security Deposit of $450.00

Parking space is for the registered vehicle only, no other vehicle can be placed in the assigned space under any circumstances,

No Exceptions! Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

After completing the application email a PDF copy of the following documents:

1.) Current Certificate of Annual Report with The State of New Jersey.

2.) IRS Employer Identification Number.

3.) Current Copy of Your Driver License.

4.) Current Copy of the Vehicle Driver’s, Driver License (if other than you).

5.) Vehicle Registration (for the vehicle parked in the Parking Lot).

6.) Vehicle Insurance (for the vehicle parked in the Parking Lot).

7.) Business Insurance Certificate
